1:1 coaching is undoubtedly the most personal option. Programs are in depth and intense. They are designed for people who really want to transform their entire life. Women who have been through trauma and disease know they need a longer period of time to heal. I love coaching because it allows me to walk through life with my clients. The foundations of health course offers education on how to lay a healthy foundation to build your health. It is a lot of education and implementation. What you put into it is what you get out of it. This focuses on multi-dimensional health and only touches the surface of bio-individual health. With that being said it is the same program I require my 1:1 clients to go through (revamp) there are obviously things you do not get like 1:1 coaching, weekly support, and extra guidance but it is still the same framework.  You can not fix what you do not know and once you know you can not return.
